MAINTENANCE The Residents Association try to keep you informed of any maintenance issues related to your property that have been discovered (often by other residents). For example, check out the 'AJ Drain Problem' link to find information on a potential problem with your drains. The Residents Association have helped raise this with the builders and if you feel the issue affects you, the builders will help resolve it.

TOOLS Also the Association is aware that there are a number of tools and maintenance items (e.g. ladders) that are very useful when you're doing that bit of DIY around your home. With that in mind, we have secured a number of items that may help you keep your place ship-shape but that you may not have had access to. These are available for loan if you need them.
