SLOW DOWN!

The Residents Association is all too aware of the problem of speeding through the estate. Many people, particularly parents, have expressed concern on this issue.

The simple fact of the matter is that there are often childern playing around the estate and its dangerous to drive too fast (this doesn't mean however, that you should race through at 60mph after you assume the kids are in bed).


All thats required is that you exercise a bit of common sense. Its a housing estate, therefore you need to take care. Drop your speed to a suitable level when you drive through the estate.

In the estate, you should drive at no more than 25kph.

Its not that big a deal. Its not going to delay you greatly or make you miss the start of The Simpsons, so don't take the risk that you might hit someone.
